Of all the various compliments Streetlight Manifesto have received from fans over the years, there is one in particular that seems to resonate most with the members of the band. After a show, a kid in torn jeans and a Pantera shirt, sporting ridiculous facial hair, will find one of the Streetlighters outside of the club and say hello, followed by “Man, I don’t listen to this kind of music, in fact I hate most ska bands, but you guys are something else.” Or it will be a jazz fan, sitting in the back of the venue during the set, bobbing his head, eyes closed while the band does their thing on stage. Or one of the club’s stagehands will comment, while helping break down the lighting rig, that he actually enjoyed a band he was working for for once, despite having heard thousands of bands on the job over the years. And therein lies Streetlight Manifesto’s appeal. Seven guys, seven different musical backgrounds, seven different personalities, one band, one unique and unmistakable voice. Formed four years ago in New Jersey as an ad hoc group intended to put out one album and disappear, one thing lead to another and within a few months of their debut release, Everything Goes Numb, Streetlight Manifesto were officially a full time touring band, traveling the world, spreading their infectious and energetic tunes to all who would listen. One part rock, one part ska, with influences from latin, klezmer, folk, world, funk, jazz and classical thrown in, the band redefined what most people expected from a “ska” band. Three albums later, and after countless worldwide tours, the guys are still at it, still performing live to sold out shows filled with sweat drenched fans, all dancing and singing along at the top of their lungs. And the Streetlight boys wouldn’t have it any other way. Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SManifesto Website: http://streetlightmanifesto.com/

TUFF, North America’s largest and most beloved leather and fetish party, comes to Portland for the first time this Pride Weekend. For one night only, Crystal Ballroom transforms into a dark and sweat soaked playground of house, techno, and electro inside Portland’s largest dancehall. Thousands will enter, but only those who show up will understand why TUFF has become one of the most talked about nightlife experiences in the world. Picture a Tom of Finland drawing come to life. A modern leather bar fantasy at massive scale. Think muscles, hairy pecs, leather, latex, pups, gear, sweat, and a dancefloor packed wall to wall with fetish enthusiasts from across the scene. Headlining the night is a rare Portland appearance from legendary London collective Horse Meat Disco, bringing their iconic blend of disco, house, and queer dancefloor energy to TUFF for a special Pride weekend takeover. Expect bold energy, world class DJs, hypnotic lighting, and the kind of atmosphere that keeps people talking long after the lights come on. A room full of leather dads, lads, nightlife creatures, and beautiful strangers under the red light. This is not the party you hear about the next day wishing you had gone to. Portland Pride is about to get TUFF. Tickets are moving fast. Secure yours now.

Sponsored by Q Care+ Every Pride needs one night where the whole city shows up to dance. This year, it glows. Gaylabration RADIANCE is Portland Pride’s Saturday night main event, landing July 18th at McMenamins Crystal Ballroom. Doors at 9, lights up at 3, and everything in between belongs to you and a few thousand of your closest strangers. The headliner is Matt Suave, a global house DJ who went from the Chicago underground to the WorldPride main stage and his EDC Las Vegas debut. His sound is euphoric and disco-soaked, built on big vocals and bigger basslines, and it is made for a room like this. Founder DJ PoundStar opens to get the party started. Venture down to Lola’s Room, where Sappho and Bro Hoe spin obscure disco edits and house bangers in their own glittering world. The peak of the evening aerialist MirCat takes it skyward, and throughout the night Revol Artists hoopers and gogos keep the energy. Here is the part many parties cannot say: this one means something. Gaylabration is a nonprofit, and every dollar of profit goes straight to Pride NW, Cascade AIDS Project, and New Avenues for Youth. The dancing is the donation. The community gets the encore. Bring your glitter, your gear, your feathers, your favorite people, and the version of yourself that only comes out under the lights. Tickets are going fast. Portland Pride. Saturday night. RADIANCE. Born and raised in East Texas, Chance Peña is a 25-year-old artist, songwriter, and producer whose music bridges traditional storytelling with modern sonic influences. After signing with Secret Road Music Publishing at 17, he quickly gained traction with early placements like “Up, Up & Away” in the film Five Feet Apart and later earned a Grammy nomination for co-writing John Legend’s song “Conversations in the Dark.” Peña has since released three EPs, numerous singles, and his 2024 debut album Ever-Shifting, Continual Blossoming , amassing over a billion Spotify streams to date and selling out tours across the US, UK, and Europe. He’s collaborated with artists across various genres, from working with KYGO and Julia Michels on 2024’s “Louder,” to joining country-rock singer/songwriter Sam Barber for the duet “Better Than the Floor.” Peña’s work radiates a contagious warmth, and his latest Columbia Records release When I Change My Mind I Don’t Mean It (2025) marks his most ambitious project yet. The 14-track album is a soul-searching collection written in a remote California cabin, steeped in the immersive indie-folk that’s made him one of the most magnetic voices to emerge in recent years. He is currently on the road supporting Tom Odell in Europe/UK and just wrapped a tour with one of his earliest influences, The Lumineers, on their 20-date Automatic World Tour . “It’s been so cool to watch the music connect with people live, and to hear them sing with me,” he says. “I like to say music is a remedy for reality, because no matter what you’re going through – whether it’s happy or sad, good or bad – you’re not alone in that.”
