Dos Santos Chicago–based quintet—Dos santos—has long invited audiences to listen at the edges of Latin music, making the unfamiliar familiar. Formed in 2013, their music brings stories to life with echoes of ancestral rhythms from deep across the Americas, with glimpses of barrio cumbias, psychedelic westerns, and moonlit desert serenades.
